After graduating from his interior design degree at Manchester Polytechnic in 1987, Josh began his career with London based hotel designers Graph Associates and then, following a move to Paris, worked on a prestigious five star hotel resort for Club Med with acclaimed architect Pier Jhojen.

On his return to London, Josh joined VMC Design in 1994, where he was predominately involved in newbuilding projects for many of the top cruise industry clients. Josh progressed from senior designer to project manager & ultimately became lead architect for P&O's award winning Cruiseferries Pride of Rotterdam & Pride of Hull, delivered from Fincantieri's Marghera shipyard in 2002. Joshoversaw all aspects of the interior design and exterior styling of this new ferry concept.

Prior to leaving VMC to join JXKX Associates in February 2005, Josh designed the main dining room and speciality restaurant for Cunard's Queen Victoria (due for delivery April 2005 as Cruises Arcadia).

The extent of Josh's experience will enable JXKX Associates to manage newbuilding projects of any scale.
